The course promotes:
Safer working practice
Professional boundaries and accountability
Proportionate, fair responses to concern
Reflective learning rather than blame
NSPAC does not replace organisational safeguarding responsibilities, internal management processes, or statutory procedures. It is designed to complement existing arrangements by supporting insight, learning, and recommitment to safe professional practice.
Courses are facilitated by experienced safeguarding practitioners and overseen to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safeguarding principles.
Terms
By booking or attending NSPAC, organisations and participants agree to the following:
NSPAC is a live, facilitator-led course delivered online and is not a qualification, assessment, or disciplinary process.
Bookings are subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
Payment terms, cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution arrangements are confirmed at the point of booking.
Attendance does not replace organisational safeguarding, HR, or disciplinary processes.
NSPAC reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where the course is not considered appropriate.
Course cancellation or rescheduling by NSPAC
In the unlikely event that NSPAC needs to cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as facilitator illness), organisations will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.
Full booking terms are provided during the booking process.
